Field Service Technician

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide service to our retail outlets and commercial clients. The primary duties include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical problems with fuel dispensing systems and point-of-sale devices, along with performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Adjusting and calibrating fuel dispensing pumps.
  • Establishing and nurturing a professional rapport with clients.
  • Conducting general maintenance tasks as required, which includes inspecting fire safety equipment and replacing air filters.

Necessary certifications include those for fuel dispensing systems, point-of-sale devices, and weights and measures. Training will be offered for these certifications.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems. Experience with fuel-related equipment is advantageous, though we are willing to train the right candidate. A clean driving record is essential. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with a rotating on-call duty approximately every five weeks.
