Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and physical examinations
- Coordinate and implement patient care plans
- Order and conduct laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Make medical recommendations and referrals
- Formulate and evaluate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide patient education and support
- Current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Current Texas licensure as an APRN-NP and specialty certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Masters in Nursing as NP or completion of a post-masters Nurse Practitioner Certification Program
