Belcan is in search of a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our aerospace division, concentrating on upholding and improving quality benchmarks in production operations and products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a reliable liaison to relay quality notifications, perform gauge validations, and assist in operational support and investigations.
  • Address non-conformance challenges and product holds in collaboration with process and quality engineers, ensuring document management and audit assistance.
  • Work alongside process engineers to refine manufacturing workflows, minimize expenses, and boost dependability.
  • Execute root cause evaluations and enforce corrective measures for non-conformances, engaging in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Offer technical assistance, troubleshoot Solumina and SAP concerns, and aid in the development of manufacturing cells and tooling specifications.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Possesses an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or has equivalent experience in manufacturing and quality assurance.

  • Familiar with Manufacturing Process Reviews and quality methodologies (Internship experience is valued).
  • Demonstrates strong capabilities in root cause evaluation and corrective action implementation.
  • Knowledgeable about ISO and AS9100 standards, manufacturing protocols, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Experience with SAP and TEAMCENTER.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • AS9100 REV-D Internal Audit certification.
  • Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), PFMEA, and PPAP.
  • Experience with Solumina and/or DIOS.
