Job Title: Legal Records Coordinator

Iron Mountain Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Records Coordinator to maintain the company records in a complete and orderly manner, according to the organization's filing systems.

Job Functions:
  • Responsible for the intake and disposition of all documents, as well as for existing files.
  • Using computers, scanners, copiers and other office equipment maintain, update, and create new files for the organization
  • Disposition and destruction of records using shredders and other equipment
  • Provide customer support, understand and maintain processes and policies
  • Input data, such as file numbers, new or updated information, or document information codes into computer systems to support document and information retrieval
  • Sort or classify information according to guidelines, such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order
  • Answer questions about records or files
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in an active law firm records management environment is required.
  • Must be willing to work on site
  • Must be able to work in warehouse environment and perform shredding activities.
  • Data entry, filing and record keeping experience is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate within a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, especially in client interactions.
