Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the root causes of substance abuse and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to support clients in their recovery journey.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Facilitate access to community resources, including 12-step programs and support groups, to promote long-term recovery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to ensure a comprehensive support system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and adhere to regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality care.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as social work or counseling.
- Current licensure or certification in a relevant field, such as CCS, CSI, LCAS, or CADC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
This role will involve working in a variety of settings, including client homes, community centers, and our office. You will be required to travel to client locations and participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage.
