We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Hard Rock Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Presentation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior chefs and kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stored efficiently.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and specials, ensuring that they are innovative, delicious, and aligned with the Hard Rock Cafe brand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Food safety certifications and any other relevant culinary certifications.
- Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills.
