Responsibilities:- Verify and prepare medications for dispensing
- Interpret physician medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and monitor for potential interactions
- Provide counseling to patients about their prescriptions
- Assume charge pharmacist responsibilities as needed
- Conduct in-service education lectures for medical staff and other healthcare professionals
- Graduation from college with a degree in Pharmacy
