DICK'S SPORTING GOODS INC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Leader Front End to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process merchandise and product received at the store in accordance with established programs and procedures.
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in completion of all omni-fulfillment processes, including Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, and Curbside pickup.
- Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes and assist in completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Company information.
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively.
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.
