Job Description:

The Senior Employment Dispute Resolution Lawyer will be responsible for handling a wide range of employment-related litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in employment litigation and strong knowledge of federal and Arizona state employment laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
  • Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports
  • Ensure compliance with high-quality legal work while maintaining efficiency under deadlines

Qualifications:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in Arizona Bar
  • 1+ years of experience in employment litigation, preferably in a law firm setting
  • Strong knowledge of federal and Arizona state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and state labor regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently and work efficiently under deadlines
