Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lead Teacher Champion to join our team. As a Lead Teacher Champion, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of teachers, implementing our curriculum, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of teachers to ensure high-quality education and care for children
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
  • Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children
  • Support the success of the center by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement

Qualifications

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
  • Approved state trainer (preferred)
  • 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state specific guidelines for the role
