About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager for the Transfusion Service section.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Transfusion Service and Core Lab Evening and Night Shift employees, ensuring optimal workflow, customer service, and high-quality laboratory testing.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent and reliable operations in all situations, working closely with medical and administrative directors.
- Manage budgets, financial resources, and human resources, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement Quality Assessment and Improvement programs for section's services, ensuring compliance with regulatory agency standards.
- Collaborate with technical staff to ensure optimal quality and functionality of equipment, meeting all accreditation requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in clinical operations management, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with medical and administrative directors, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to improve operations and quality.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality management, and regulatory requirements.
