Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and production goals, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience as a manager in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with and ability to uphold Company Core Values.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

The Shift Manager will be required to stand for up to 8 hours, lift 50 pounds, and use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent interactions with customers, employees, and suppliers.
