  • Guest Service: Greet guests with a smile, determine their needs, and follow our Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of our cake offerings, including flavors, sizes, and pricing, to educate guests and make informed recommendations.
  • Order Processing: Process guest orders efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system, and invite guests to join our Email Club for exclusive promotions.
  • Bakery Maintenance: Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine cleaning and restocking of merchandise and cake display cases.
  • Cake Decorating: Assemble cake and balloon orders according to guest specifications, following our cake decorating and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and notify management when replenishment is required.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate frosted and decorated cakes to ensure they meet our high standards, and notify management of any quality control issues.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Experience: Previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant, or retail store is a plus.
  • Availability: Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
