Position Overview
This role is pivotal in driving and managing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, focusing on quality enhancement and lean practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects, ensuring metric enhancements align with strategic business goals.
- Communicate project statuses, including progress updates, barrier escalations, and integration with other initiatives.
- Facilitate effective onboarding processes for new business ventures.
- Support quality program initiatives, overseeing the management and resolution of internal and external quality notifications.
- Assist in defining, designing, and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Lead training initiatives to embed continuous improvement skills within the organization.
- Collaborate in analyzing and recommending technological advancements to enhance business positioning.
- Work cross-functionally on critical initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of departmental training frameworks.
- Drive improvements in safety, productivity, efficiency, and quality while minimizing waste, directly impacting profitability.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with all organizational functions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects concurrently.

- Green Belt certification or a willingness to obtain it.
