We're seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores.

About the Job

As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues with diesel engines, as well as providing preventative maintenance services to our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with drivers and customers from all over the country.

Job Functions
  • Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues with diesel engines, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components.
  • Provide preventative maintenance services to our customers, including oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Interact with drivers and customers, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Must have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters.
  • Ability to work in various temperatures and environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and drivers.
