**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic Specialist to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our diesel equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues with diesel equipment, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components.
  • Assist customers with roadside services and provide preventative maintenance solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

**Requirements:*

  • Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds, working in close quarters and various temperatures.
  • Valid medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Loves).
  • Able to work a rotating schedule, alternating between day and night shifts as needed.
