Job Title: IHOP Server

IHOP, a renowned restaurant chain, is seeking an experienced server to join their team. As a dining experience ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year.

Job Description:
Greet, seat, and escort guests in a timely and friendly manner.
Provide menu recommendations and additional information to enhance the dining experience.
Upsell additional products when appropriate to increase revenue.
Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Taking orders using software, order slips, or by memorization.
Communicate order details to the kitchen staff accurately.
Deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion.
Deliver checks and collect bill payments efficiently.
Clean and maintain the appearance of tables and tableware.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle money transactions responsibly.
Must be able to multitask and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including holidays and weekends.
