Waiter/Waitress Position

IHOP is looking for a talented and charismatic individual to serve as a 2nd shift server. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.

Main Duties:

1. Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
2. Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing software or memorization techniques.
3. Communicate order details to the kitchen staff, ensuring timely delivery.
4. Deliver food and beverages with a smile, exceeding customer expectations.
5. Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
6. Clean and maintain the appearance of tables and tableware, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing personalized attention to each guest.
• Ability to multitask, juggling multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully.

Holidays & Weekends: Mandatory, allowing us to provide consistent service to our customers throughout the year.

Salary: Estimated at $28,000 - $38,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
