We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure smart home systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing technical issues and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or home services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
