Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized attention and care to children
- Support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Establish a daily routine that promotes learning and exploration
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and routines
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare or early childhood education
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First Aid and CPR certification
- A salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
