Position Overview:

This role involves the enhancement and migration of messaging solutions related to flight information, revenue, and passenger data to the AWS cloud environment.

The project is set for a comprehensive five-year plan, focusing on the automation of messaging systems through the refinement of CloudFormation templates and Ansible.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in the design and execution of large-scale public cloud infrastructures.
  • AWS Professional Certification is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience in integrating critical applications within AWS.
  • Thorough knowledge of AWS services including IAM, VPCs, EC2, S3, and more.
  • Proficient in infrastructure as code methodologies using tools like CloudFormation and Ansible.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Bash.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of AWS's shared responsibility model.
  • Proven success in delivering enterprise-level projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and design leadership for AWS integration.
  • Establish standards for the efficient use of AWS services.
  • Drive automation processes for AWS integration tasks.
  • Develop dashboards for public cloud usage statistics.
  • Create frameworks that enable development teams to utilize AWS services effectively.
  • Collaborate with DevTools to implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab and Jenkins.
