As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for providing routine building maintenance tasks and responding to service calls at various commercial locations throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities- Perform building maintenance tasks in one or more fields, including carpentry, electrical and lighting repairs, ventilation, and minor air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing.
- Respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
- Work independently and flexibly, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial maintenance services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
