Redding Ridge Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Structurer/Modeler to join our ABS Structuring and Advisory team. Our team has a long-term view, leveraging securitization technology to expand the definition of Asset-Backed Private Credit.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior structurers and stakeholders to support deal structuring and execution across various asset classes.
- Develop and maintain cashflow models using Excel and Intex, replicating rating agency stress scenarios.
- Analyze historical portfolio data to derive base case and rating agency stressed case assumptions.
- Design and implement portfolio stratification tables in Excel, manipulating large data sets.
- Communicate with legal counsel and rating agencies to ensure timely ratings and compliance.
- Develop and maintain deal trackers, issue lists, and rating agency criteria grids.
- Assist with investor and rating agency presentations, highlighting key deal features and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in ABS structuring and modeling.
- Proficiency in Intex and Excel, with VBA skills a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of rating agency ABS methodologies and modeling stresses, with a desire to learn more asset classes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $175,000-$300,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors, including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
