Security Officer PRN

At Jefferson Memorial Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer PRN to join our team. As a Security Officer PRN, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our patients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol the hospital campus to prevent vandalism, fire, theft, and unauthorized entry.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including emergency situations.
- Enforce hospital policies and procedures related to visitor control and patient safety.
- Collaborate with the Security Team Leader and Director of Facilities & Security to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- Courses in formal settings concerning criminal justice and administration are highly desirable.
- Three months of formal training in security procedures, building layout, and proper arrest techniques are required.
- Tennessee State Security license is required.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement, preferably in a hospital setting, is highly desirable.
As a Security Officer PRN, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be required to wear a uniform and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
