As a Registered Nurse in the Family Birth Center, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive nursing care for patients across various age groups, from newborns to seniors. Your role will involve collaborating with patients and their families, providing education, and leading a team of healthcare professionals to uphold the highest standards of nursing practice. - Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Not applicable
- Licenses/Certifications: Must possess an active nursing license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory for all roles. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required for critical care areas. Additional certifications may be necessary based on departmental policies. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is also required.

- Understanding of nursing methodologies, organizational structures, and operational functions.
