Airport Custodian

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Airport Custodian to join our team at the City of Boise, ID. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our airport facilities.

• Clean and maintain public areas throughout the airport terminal and parking garage, including restrooms, waiting areas, and walkways.
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery, such as floor scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Assist passengers and respond to their inquiries and concerns.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and reporting safety hazards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work is preferred.
• Ability to work varied hours, including morning, swing, and graveyard shifts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push/pull up to 20 pounds.
