Key Responsibilities:- Provide training and supervision to staff to ensure high-quality care and support to clients
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate client activities, medical appointments, and outings
- Manage client funds and ensure proper usage
- Collaborate with clients, families, and staff to develop solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct regular compliance checks and medication audits
- Attend client PCSP meetings and collaborate with Client Services Program Manager
- Ability to pass a Washington State background check
- Active NAR and successful completion of 75 CORE Basic Training, Nurse Delegation, CPR/First Aid, and other state or agency required training or licensing
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure client care needs are met
This position is in the field, and work is high-pressure, often requiring attention after traditional work hours. Extended periods of standing or sitting may be required at a desk while using the computer.
Language Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence.
Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
