**Job Title:** Decorative Materials Account Executive

Actus Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Decorative Materials Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth.

**About the Role:**

As a Decorative Materials Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of residential and commercial decorative material products in the United States and other emerging markets in the Americas. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored sales strategies to meet those needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform all facets of sales activities, including customer service, sales presentations, sample development, order solicitation, production scheduling, and after-sale follow-up.
  • Communicate extensively with customers' purchasing, quality control, R&D, design, and logistics teams, as well as the company's Tokyo sales office, to provide effective products and services.
  • Develop sales strategies to market products and maintain existing customers by ensuring quality assurance and satisfaction, while developing relationships with new customers.
  • Research industry design trends to lead the development of saleable new designs and colors.
  • Travel to see existing and potential customers, promote products, attend trade shows, establish new contacts, and market our products.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of outside sales (B2B) and marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to develop sales and marketing strategies aggressively and efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.

**Salary Range:** $75,000 - $90,000 per year, plus bonus.
