Job Title: Sales Associate II

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate II to join our team at Tapestry. As a Sales Associate II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling returns, exchanges, and found orders.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts, including maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
