  • Observation and Reporting: Observe and report any changes in resident health and emotional well-being to the supervisor, ensuring prompt attention and care.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve work assignments, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training, in-service, and mandatory meetings, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification: Medicine Technician (Med-Tech) certification.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear, with occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
