Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independent living
  • Identify and report resident medical and behavioral changes, and develop and monitor care plans
  • Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on community conditions, personnel performance, and resident needs
  • Administer nursing care according to physician's orders and established standards
Requirements
  • Current CNA/Med Tech certification valid in VA
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
