We are currently seeking a motivated **Project Engineer** to join our Renewable Energy Team, focusing primarily on solar energy development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Develop project scopes and prepare proposals for geotechnical engineering projects within the solar energy sector.
  • Create detailed geotechnical engineering reports that offer professional insights and practical solutions.
  • Conduct engineering analyses in accordance with industry standards and methodologies.
  • Manage geotechnical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.
  • Work independently on specific assignments while collaborating with senior team members for guidance.
  • Review the quality of work produced by team members and address any quality issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the Account Leader and regional operations to coordinate field staff and manage resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications by working closely with project managers and field staff.
  • Assist in developing business goals and objectives alongside the Account Leader.
  • Support client relationships to achieve strategic goals in the renewable energy sector.
  • Perform field testing and observations as required.
  • Provide training and review for field operations technicians as needed.

**Qualifications**:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related engineering discipline is required.
  • Professional Engineer registration or the ability to obtain it within two years is necessary.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in construction materials testing or geotechnical engineering is preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale construction projects is advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to travel as needed.
