Salary

The estimated hourly wage for this position is between $16 and $24 per hour, with the possibility of additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job Description

As a Janitorial Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the store, from the parking lot to restrooms to receiving area. This includes sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and restocking supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity. You will also need to be physically able to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
