Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Document Imaging Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing incoming mail and documents, scanning and indexing digital images, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process incoming mail and documents, including checks and other financial documents
  • Scan and index digital images using desktop and Opex equipment
  • Enter data into computer systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organize and complete daily work goals and team project work
  • Ensure all imaged documents adhere to CSD imaging/indexing quality standards
Requirements
  • 1+ year of data entry experience
  • Strong typing and 10-key skills
  • Ability to multi-task between multiple computer systems
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel
