We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team.

Job Description: As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to provide programmatic support to behavior programs and individual support to students. You will work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement behavior plans, provide training to associates, and assist with morning routines. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting behavioral problems, conducting integrity checklists, and ensuring student plans are being implemented.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience working with behavior students and implementing behavior plans is preferred. CPI certification and experience using CPI techniques are also desirable.

Benefits: As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for health insurance benefits and an estimated salary of $35,464 per year, based on a 7.5-hour workday and a 52-week work period. This position is at-will, and performance will be evaluated annually.

Working Conditions: The majority of your work will be performed in an office or school setting. You may be required to attend meetings outside of school hours and may be exposed to body fluids, fumes, noise, and hazardous materials.
