We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse/LPT to join our team at Tarzana. As a key member of our Integrated Behavioral Health team, you will provide exceptional care to patients at our residential unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patients with medication education and support, including medication log daily updates and injections.
- Ensure patients adhere to medication regimens and provide timely and organized care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, mental health therapists, case managers, and substance abuse counselors.
- Preferred qualifications include experience working with Chemical Dependency/Dual Diagnosis patients and bilingual skills.
