Job Title: Shift/Charge Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Shift/Charge Nurse to join our team at Atria Senior Living. As a valued member of our community, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.
  • Supervise medication programs and assist in scheduling caregivers.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, their families, and physicians, maintaining positive relationships and resolving problems in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and have opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Requirements:

  • State-issued nurse license required.
  • Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
