We're seeking a talented Store Leader to join our team. If you have a passion for sports, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to help build a new division of a powerhouse brand, we want to hear from you.

Job Summary

The Store Leader is responsible for the overall management of the store, including driving sales, customer service standards, and visual standards. You will be responsible for achieving company objectives in profit and loss control, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and loss prevention by overseeing the operation aspects of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and modeling customer-centric behavior.
  • Develop and manage store schedules and payroll plans to ensure budgetary requirements are met.
  • Train store personnel on standard operating procedures, State and Federal laws, and regulations.
  • Communicate consistently with store team members to ensure understanding and compliance with company directives.
  • Take appropriate actions to ensure each store maximizes sales, minimizes asset loss, and conforms to budgetary requirements.
  • Research store discrepancies and analyze reports. Respond to all store-level issues in a timely manner.
  • Model, support, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Communicate with employees at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to work varying days and hours based on business needs.
  • Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in business or a related field and one year of relevant experience or; two-year degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience or; three years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven managerial skills.
  • Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision, multitask, use discretion, and manage budgets.
  • Retail experience and leadership.
