Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and address IT Help Desk support inquiries through various channels including calls, emails, chats, tickets, and in-person visits for all personnel within the organization.
- Communicate effectively to troubleshoot and resolve user challenges, coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Document all issues, communications, and resolutions within the Ticketing System.
- Develop documentation for frequently encountered issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team for the escalation of complex user or system challenges.
- Support the IT department in additional projects as required.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours assistance for urgent matters.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of the IT environment at HealthSource of Ohio.
- Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with relevant certifications.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong follow-through, and thorough work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adhere to deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes and devise solutions for common issues.
- Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and information security principles.
- Willingness to be available for on-call and off-hours support as necessary.
- Regular travel to various locations is a requirement.
