In this role, you will assist with various HR-related tasks, including data entry, audits, customer service, and report writing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Assist with overall Human Resources Departmental operations by providing project-oriented support and performing routine tasks and duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests for information and resolving issues promptly
  • Perform research for special projects by gathering relevant data and preparing reports
  • Assist in ensuring data integrity by performing compliance audits and summarizing results
  • Develop timely and accurate ad-hoc reports

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • One year of previous experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Knowledge of automated HRIS systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate level Word and Excel skills required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
