Expectations from the Program:

Throughout your first year, you will engage in various aspects of our operations. Your performance will be assessed to gauge your proficiency, with successful completion leading to potential promotions and salary increases. Typically, you can expect to advance to an Assistant Manager role within a year. Your initiative and capabilities, along with your ability to adapt, will determine your pace of advancement.
