Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and store them in a safe and organized manner
  • Count and document inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Deliver materials to the production area in a timely and safe manner
  • Perform safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Handle hazardous waste in accordance with legislated and company policies
Requirements
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Basic experience with forklifts and PIT equipment
  • Able to understand and comprehend measurement and blueprints
  • Some computer knowledge and ability to read and interpret written orders and specifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field
  • Previous experience working on truck bodies or in a warehouse environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Work Environment

This is a manufacturing plant environment that requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The team member may also be required to sit, bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, or crawl in confined spaces.
