Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding steel and aluminum sheet metal using push-pull guns and other assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weld steel and aluminum sheet metal using push-pull guns
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the company
  • Use basic hand and power tools
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Meet production standards
  • Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months relevant MIG welding experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to use basic hand and power tools
  • Basic math and mechanical aptitude
  • Able to read blueprints and drawings
  • Hand-eye coordination and dexterity
  • Basic metallurgy knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience on forklift and powered industrial equipment
  • Apprenticeship, vocational training, and/or certification
  • Robotic welding experience
  • Electric arc and inert gas experience
