Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for families at Bear Paddle Services. This dedicated individual will be responsible for creating a fun and welcoming environment, while also providing salesmanship and closing swim lessons sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers and team members
  • Provide courteous and effective communication via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide tours and help direct families throughout the facility
  • Complete prospect leads and sales calls to drive student enrollment
  • Complete daily operational duties while following the Quarter Curriculum with specific week-by-week focus
Requirements:
  • Background check required
  • Consistent and reliable
  • Customer service and effective verbal communication
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • 2+ years administration or sales experience preferred
