Job Description Summary

BD is seeking a highly skilled Plastic Surgery Consultant to join our team in Warwick, RI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with plastic surgeons in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support to plastic surgeons and OR staff to ensure accurate use of BD's products.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in new spaces and track incremental gains/ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with plastic surgeons to drive new business and provide ongoing support.
  • Train and educate plastic surgeons and hospital staff on the use of BD's products.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of BD's products, channels, and methods of distribution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years medical sales experience, including experience with plastic surgeons.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with surgeons.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
