Position Overview:

The Research Associate at Prelude Corporation plays a crucial role in advancing our research initiatives by engaging in various tasks such as data gathering, evaluation, and administrative assistance. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and processing of research samples.
  • Utilize image analysis software and tools to extract pertinent data and insights.
  • Set up and operate diverse research instruments and systems.
  • Organize and process collected data for subsequent analysis and reporting.
  • Perform additional tasks to support research and development as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field).
  • Prior experience in a research environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fundamental understanding of research methodologies and techniques, along with familiarity with laboratory equipment and data analysis software.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret data accurately.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of precision and attention to detail in all assignments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation Information: 22-24 Hourly Wage
