You will work independently, managing your own inventory, and collaborate with body shops and other stakeholders to negotiate repair pricing and assess liability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete vehicle inspections, write estimates, and determine total loss evaluations
* Negotiate repair processes with body shops
* Document information related to claims and make decisions consistent with claims standards and local laws
* Evaluate and handle claim payments and resolution of claims without payments
* Review and determine validity of supplement requests

Requirements:

* A minimum of four years of relevant work experience, or an Associate's degree and three years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and one year of experience
* Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and compliance with Progressive's driving standards and policies
* Gainshare bonus up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance
