Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing customer service and relationship platforms to address customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Collaborate on the development of various marketing materials including digital signage, promotional posters, and banners to support sales initiatives.
Facilitate membership-related processes and responsibilities.
Support media agreements and maintain relevant partnerships.
Contribute to the planning and execution of grand opening events and associated logistics.
Assist in drafting press releases and marketing articles to enhance brand visibility.
Generate reports on social media account performance.
Maintain and nurture partnership relations.
Conduct research for new project initiatives.
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required (fluency preferred).
Qualifications / Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
At least one year of marketing experience is advantageous.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
A strong sense of urgency and capability to work under tight deadlines.
Possession of a Professional in Marketing certificate is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is essential (fluency preferred).
