Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Conduct clinical screenings and assessments to determine admission criteria and provide recommendations for patient care.
  • Collaborate with the business department to develop and execute strategic plans to increase referrals and admissions.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Represent VibraLife in the community, building relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to promote our services.
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Licensed Social Worker in the state of employment.
  • Recent healthcare experience in the SNF, acute care hospital, rehabilitation setting or home health care agency/company.
  • Current, valid, and active drivers license required. Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous clinical screening experience.
  • Marketing/sales skill expertise with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Working experience of local medical community.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with medical and administrative staffs as well as patients and families, in an assertive, professional manner.
