We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse for high acuity patients. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation of care provided in our electronic system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention strategies
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required, with co-signature from Case Manager
  • Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, staff, and Case Manager on client problems, concerns, and/or changes in client condition
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience (desired but not required)
  • Reliable transportation
